Goal Settings

VolunteerStudio allows you to create 3 types of goals. This setting can accessed in the Tracking tab.

Group Goal

Adding the "Group Goal" option to your group's enabled Goal Options will reveal an input for you to enter a number of hours.

This goal will be displayed on the Group Dashboard for your volunteers to see.

Team Goal

Adding the "Team Goal" option to your group's enabled Goal Options will allow you to set a team goal when creating or editing a team.

Teams

This goal will be displayed on the Teams sections of the Group Dashboard for volunteers in that team to see.

Individual Goal

Adding the "Individual Goal" option to your group's enabled Goal Options will allow your volunteers to enter a yearly goal when the signup for your group.

This goal will be displayed on the volunteers' Dashboard.

Making hours required

When you enable the "Individual Goal" option you'll see toggle appear allowing you to designate the hours as required.

Volunteer will not be able to add a goal during signup if you enable this. Your volunteers will see their progress towards this requirement.

Goals are based off hours earned during the current year.
