Group Application Settings

These settings affect what happens when a volunteer applies to join your volunteer group.

Referral

Add possible ways a volunteer can find your group.

Allow Profile Image?

Choose where you want volunteers to be able to upload a profile image.

We recommend you keep this option off. Volunteers will then use your group logo as their profile image.

Private Phone Numbers?

This setting stops group admins from seeing volunteer phone numbers. If enabled, volunteers will see a message when they signup telling them their phone number is private.

You can still send SMS messages to volunteers.

Custom Text: Graduation Year

This setting can be used to customize the graduation year field. For example, you can use Employee Start Year.

Email Welcome Message

Enter a short welcome message that volunteers will see when they are approved and sent a welcome email.

Custom Questions

You can add upto 4 custom questions. Two Text, one Yes/No, and one Dropdown.

Enable any questions you want to use.

You may also check "Private Question" in order to use the field and hide it from the volunteer application.
