Personal Hour Verification

VolunteerStudio allows you to track service hours completed outside your volunteer group. These hours can now be verified by an outside volunteer/activity coordinator.

This update also displays the verified status on the Volunteer Portfolio if personal hours are added.

Event Waitlists

If enabled, event waitlists allow you to join a queue when an event's slot has filled up.

How does the Waitlist work?

  1. Upon clicking "Join Waitlist" you will be placed in the queue

  2. If a volunteer removes their signup or more slots are added you will signed up for the Slot if you are next in line.

  3. You will receive an email if you are signed up so please check frequently

Increased Stats on Dashboard

On Desktop the following 3 new stats will be displayed

  1. Bar Chart displaying how many likes a volunteer recieved in the volunteer feed and how many posts they liked

  2. A Pie chart displaying how many event reflections that have not been completed vs completed.

  3. A Pie chart showing how many events where marked as a no show for a the volunteer vs events where the volunteer did show up.

On mobile the first chart is hidden.

By default this module shows stats for the year with the exception of the Social Stats chart which will always display lifetime stats.

To change to Lifetime Mode, click the lifetime toggle in the Volunteer Hours chart.
