Event Waitlists

If enabled, Event Waitlists allow you to join a queue when an event's slot has filled up.

How does the Waitlist work?

1. Upon clicking "Join Waitlist" you will be placed in the queue

2. If a volunteer removes their signup or more slots are added you will signed up for the Slot if you are next in line.

3. You will receive an email if you are signed up so please check frequently

Can I join multiple Waitlists?

Yes you may join multiple Waitlists (if your group allows it), but keep in mind you are not able to join a Waitlist that would cause you to signup for a Slot that overlaps with any existing Slots you signed up for.

What happens if I do not show up?

If you are no longer able to attend please remove your signup!

If you are accepted to a Slot and do not show up it will be marked as a No-Show unless you were accepted less than 12 hours before the Slots start time.

Why am I not seeing a certain slot in the waitlist/able to join:

You may not see a certain slots wait list if:

• You are already signed up for that slot

• The Slot still has openings

You may not be able to join a waitlist if:

• If you have joined too many waitlists as set by your volunteer group

• The waitlist cannot accept anymore people.

• If you are signed up for a slot whose times overlaps with the Slot you are trying to join via the waitlist.
