Joining a New Group/Leaving a Group

Joining a new Group

To join a new group, go to the "Update Profile" page located in Main Menu.

Click the "Join New" button and enter the group code of the group you want to join.

If successful, you'll be taken to fill out the volunteer application for this group.

Switching between Groups

To switch between groups, go to the "Update Profile" page located in Main Menu.

Selected the group you'd like to switch to in the dropdown and click "Switch."

Leaving a Group

To leave a group, go to the "Update Profile" page located in Main Menu.

Scroll to the bottom of the page a click "Leave [Group Name]" If this isn't the group you want to leave, switch to a different group.

Fill out the short form to deactivate your account. If you are not a part of any other groups, you will be logged out and will no longer have access to VolunteerStudio.

You may email your group to be reactivated.

If you wish to delete your account and all your data, please email [email protected].

Note: If you wish to permanently delete your account, any Volunteer Portfolios you created will not work.
