Group Name

Group Logo

Image Ratio should be 1:1 (ex: 1000px by 1000px)

Group Description

Include a description/brief history of your group you can style this text, however, your like. This will be displayed in a popup on the My Group Page.

Social Icons

Add some social media links.

Group Banner

Image Ratio should be 3.9:1 (ex: 850px by 218px) - See how your image looks on the Group Dashboard.

Group Colors

Help Email

Which email do you want your volunteer to see if they need help? This will also be the reply-to email when you send a message through VolunteerStudio.

Note: If your volunteers are in a district that restricts ingoing and outgoing email, make sure your volunteers can email you.

Please email support@volunteer.studio if our emails are not going through to your volunteers.

School Options

Here you can add schools that make up your volunteer group. If your group is located in only one school, you may enter just one.

Customize text

Suppose you want to break up your group in a different way. Check this box and enter a label. Examples include Departments, Business Units, etc.

Note: You'll also be able to create Teams.

Allow Other School?

Allow volunteers to input a school that isn't on your list.
