Allow Invites?

If this option is enabled volunteer will see a widget on the Group Dashboard which will allow them to generate a referral link and will reward them for successfully inviting someone to your group.

Group Description (for invite page)

When a volunteer invites their friend they are sent to a special invite page. Use this box to add a description of your group inviting them to signup.

Group Code

Your group's Group Code cannot be changed.

Emails

About Emails

By default, these emails are sent to your help email.

New Member Email Digest

You'll receive an email with new members who signup for your volunteer group.

(Event) Signup Email Digest

You'll receive an email with new event signups.

Daily Update Time

Select what time would you like to receive the daily emails? (Email are not sent if there are no updates)

CC: New Members Email

Select any group admins you want to also receive the new member digest.

CC: New Signups Email

Select any group admins you want to also receive the new (event) signups digest.

Event Reminders

How many days before an event should we send the event reminder emails.

Merch (Fundraising)

VolunteerStudio has partnered with InkBranve to provide a fundraising store that integrates with VolunteerStudio.

Any groups interested in creating a fundraising store should email [email protected] and we will connect you with InkBrave and integrate a link and images into VolunteerStudio.

Enable Merch?

Once your merch store is set up we will enable it for you but if you need to turn it off, you can toggle it here.

Add some images to be displayed to your volunteers! Image Ratio should be 1:1 (ex: 1000px by 1000px)
