Teams

Teams allow you to divide your volunteers any way you like.

Enable Teams?

You must have this toggle checked for teams to work.

Choose Teams at Signup?

If this is enabled, your volunteers will be able to select a team when they signup for your group.

Admins can switch a volunteer's team in the Volunteer List. If disabled, an admin can choose a team on volunteer approval or based on School.

Default Team

This will set a Team as the default. This is useful if you allow volunteers to input other schools. In this case, the default team will be used.

Creating a new team

When creating a new team, you will need to enter:

Team Name

Team Icon

Adding schools for Auto Join

When a volunteer selects one of these schools, they will automatically be added to this team. Note: Choose teams at signup must be disabled for this to work.

Team Goal

Make sure team goals are enabled for your team goal to be visible.
